The Independent Operational Assurance & Monitoring (IOAM) framework provides leadership with an ongoing, independent view of how operations are evolving over time.

While a Targeted Field Execution Review examines a defined project, process, or operational area, IOAM establishes a recurring review cycle designed to identify changing conditions, emerging patterns, operational drift, and areas that may warrant leadership attention.

The framework brings together periodic operational reviews, ongoing monitoring, and event-driven analysis to help leadership understand not only what is happening now, but how operational conditions are changing over time.

Annual Operational Assurance Review

Establishes the annual baseline through a broader examination of operational execution, controls, oversight, contractor integration, preparedness, and other factors relevant to the operating environment.

Quarterly Risk Status Reviews
